In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for Emerson's Doha facility, the headquarters for the North Middle East Region.Provide executive support to the Vice President of the region and coordinate administrative needs across teams.Organise and manage events, meetings, and conferences to ensure seamless execution.Maintain office safety and security standards for both people and property.Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and manage office supplies procurement. You take initiative, embrace technology, and continuously seek ways to improve processes for greater efficiency. For This Role, You Will Need:Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in administrative support, reception, or office management roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with additional certifications or diplomas in Office Administration.Experience managing administrative functions for a large corporate or multinational organisation.Familiarity with event planning and office safety protocols.
