We are currently hiring a professional and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

This is a full-time onsite position requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office organization, documentation, and supply management.
  • Support business operations and communicate professionally with clients.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents.
  • Manage basic accounting entries and office expense tracking.
  • Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, replying, and content scheduling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or executive assistance (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling and posting on social media platforms is essential.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
