We're looking for a creative and professional freelance videographer/photographer based in Qatar to cover our company's participation at an upcoming international real estate exhibition in Doha.

Location: Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC)

Dates: 12,13 and 14 October

Duration: 3 Days (Full Event Coverage)

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of our exhibition stand, team interactions, and visitor engagement.

Record interviews, product displays, and booth activities for social media and promotional use.

Deliver edited highlights, including short reels, event recap videos, and professional-grade photos within agreed timelines.

Coordinate with our marketing team for branding consistency and creative direction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in event coverage, corporate shoots, or exhibitions.

Own professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

Ability to deliver Raw Footages/photos quickly

Must be available for all exhibition days.

Deliverables:

1 main highlight video (1–2 minutes)

3–5 short reels for Instagram & LinkedIn

50–70 HD photos
