IT Sales Executive

Comfort IT Solutions is looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and IoT.
The candidate should have hands-on technical understanding and a proven ability to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IoT applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and solution documents.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in IT security, AI-powered tools, automation, and cloud services.
- Maintain organized sales pipelines and reports through CRM tools.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience in Qatar.
- Strong technical knowledge in:
- Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC, MDR, etc.)
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching)
- Servers, storage, and backup solutions
- IoT and automation systems (optional but desirable)
- AI-based business tools or software (a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Hindi or Malayalam preferred.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented personality with strong closing skills.
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Cloud Solutions
- Fortinet NSE / Sophos / Palo Alto Networks certifications
- CompTIA Security+ / Network+
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or IoT Fundamentals
