Mannai Heavy Equipment Division is part of Mannai Corporation, a leading diversified group in Qatar. The division represents world-class heavy equipment brands and provides sales and after-sales solutions across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager – JCB to support our growing sales operations.

Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of JCB heavy equipment, managing key customer accounts, and developing long-term business relationships to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts for JCB heavy equipment.
  • Drive sales activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably JCB or similar brands.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and key customer segments.
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales performance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
