Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chef Accountant to manage financial operations related to our facilities. This role involves working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to cost control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting operations of facility management services.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs; implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Collaborate with chefs, housekeeping supervisors, and maintenance managers for expense optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage payroll and vendor payments related to facility services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
