Field Sales Manager

A Field Sales Manager typically oversees a team of sales representatives, focusing on driving revenue growth and managing sales operations within a specific territory. They are responsible for leading, motivating, and training their team to meet sales targets, develop customer relationships, and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership and Management:
Recruiting, training, and supervising field sales representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.
· Sales Strategy and Execution:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying new market opportunities.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking sales team performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing sales reports.
· Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations , to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure effective communication within the team and with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales and sales management of
FMCG products in the GCC markets, is a must.
·
Extensive experience in the sales of
FMCG products in the GCC markets is a must
, and particularly in management roles is essential.
·
FMCG experience in the GCC markets is a must, preferably in Qatar
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
· Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and analyze sales data.
· Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
