Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site and office role for an Assistant Soft Services Manager based in Lusail, Qatar. The Assistant Soft Services Manager will oversee daily soft services operations, Training staffs for deployment to ensure compliance with established standards, and manage a team of staff responsible for cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and other related services. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements.

  • BICSc training & certification
  • Experience managing operations related to cleaning, pest control, and landscaping
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in managing resources efficiently and ensuring quality control
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or experience in related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Suites
  • Driving licence will be an advantage.
