Location: Doha, Qatar

Land Royal Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will lead a group of Property Leasing Agents, drive performance, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property consultants.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing activities, and client interactions.
  • Support agents in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and provide performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Qatar (including team management in Brokerage).
  • Proven track record in sales and leadership within the real estate sector.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License + own car.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
