Overview of the role
Sales Engineers will promote and sell HVAC products and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
What you will do
Key Tasks
Responsible to achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets & margin
- Payment collection
- Build, manage and execute a project sales funnel
- Conduct field visits to promote HVAC products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales performance
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns about product applications, warranty and service
Offer guidance and recommendations on product use.
Product Knowledge:
Must have strong technical knowledge of AC's (Split/Window)
Stay updated on new product releases and changes to existing products.
Training and Development:
Participate in giving onsite training sessions to improve to potential and existing customers
- Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.
Required Skills to be successful
- Technical Skills: strong technical knowledge of HVAC products. Focus on Split and Window units.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in following assembly instructions and ensuring high-quality results.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve queries and issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
What equips you for the role
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry in Qatar. Key focus on selling Split and window AC units. Should have good connections within the projects (Private, Government, O&G, Real estate) & Trade sector in Qatar.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (Native speaker)
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- NOC
