The Female Personal Trainer is responsible for providing customized fitness programs, guiding members toward achieving their health and wellness goals, and ensuring safe and effective exercise practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
  • Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions with proper exercise techniques.
  • Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness, weight loss, or strength goals.
  • Educate members on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and recovery methods.
  • Track clients' progress and adjust programs when needed.
  • Ensure safety and correct use of equipment during training.
  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive relationship with clients.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
  • Promote personal training services to encourage new memberships and client retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of personal training experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design safe and effective programs for all fitness levels.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
  • Energetic, professional, and passionate about health and fitness.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
