Urgent required SECRETARY to join immediately.

Candidates must have the mandatory qualifications below.

  • Should possess minimum 2-4 Years of experience as Secretary including Document Controlling.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping systems.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office programs or similar software with the ability to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID

Job Description:

  • Provides high level administrative support and assistance to the manager & other assigned leadership staff
  • Performs clerical & administrative tasks including email, drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents.
  • Arrange, coordinate, schedule meetings and prepare meeting documents.
  • Receives incoming communications or memos on behalf of the company, reviews contents, determines importance and summarizes and/ or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Responsible for all issues and services related to the document control and Projects Document Management.
  • Electronic scanning of documents for distribution as PDF digital copies to designated recipients and uploading to company server
  • Maintaining a hard copy reference library of all documentation which ensures quick and easy retrieval of information.
  • Circulating project documents for review, information or approval.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
