Front Desk Recepionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and EMR updates.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information.
- Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre-approvals.
- Manage billing, issue receipts, and perform end-of-shift financial handovers.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties.
- Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in hospital front-desk or medical administrative roles.
- Knowledge of EMR/HIS systems and insurance coordination.
- Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Location: Doha
Shift Timings:
- 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
