**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Leadership**: Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of complex, high-value tenders, ensuring all documents meet client specifications and are submitted within deadlines.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
- **Strategic Pricing and Costing**: Develop and implement sophisticated pricing models that ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and evaluate risks associated with tender opportunities and devise strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams including sales, finance, legal, and operations to gather comprehensive information and ensure alignment in tender responses.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead post-tender negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and refine the tendering process, leveraging feedback and analysis to enhance future success rates.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in tender management, with at least 5 years in the Facility Management industry.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Deep understanding of commercial and financial principles, with the ability to develop and execute competitive pricing strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze complex tender documents, financial data, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office, tender management software, and industry-specific tools.
