Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing steel-to-steel connection joints using IDEA StatiCa software by exporting the straining actions of complete joints from the analysis model. The candidate should also be proficient in SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro for conducting erection stage analysis and managing structural performance assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze steel-to-steel connection joints using FEM-based software (IDEA StatiCa).

  • Perform structural analysis using SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro.

  • Carry out erection stage analysis and ensure design safety, stability, and compliance with international design standards.

  • Oversee structural design work for steel structures in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to relevant design codes and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in structural design and analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro and IDEA StatiCa (experience with both is mandatory).

  • Sound understanding of international codes such as ACI, AISC, BS, and Eurocodes.

  • Proven experience in the design of steel structures.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
