We are looking for an experienced
Senior Structural Design Engineer
to join our growing team in
Doha, Qatar
. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in structural design, particularly in reinforced concrete and steel structures, and experience working on diverse building and infrastructure projects within the Gulf region.

You will play a key role in the preparation and review of detailed structural designs, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with Qatar and international codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review structural designs, drawings, and calculations for buildings and other structures.
  • Perform analysis and design using software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Qatar construction regulations, Gulf building codes, and international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to ensure alignment of structural designs with overall project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed design reports, technical documentation, and material specifications.
  • Support site teams by providing technical input and resolving design-related issues.
  • Contribute to quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement in the design process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
    (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in structural design
    within a consultancy firm.
  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar building codes, Gulf standards, and international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
  • Proven ability to prepare and review structural design reports and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, and hospitality projects is preferred.
