This role requires hands -on experience across plumbing, piping, mechanical, and electrical tasks to ensure continuous and efficient operation of utilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance of utility equipment and systems.Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, piping, mechanical, and electrical components.Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures and downtime.Inspect utility systems and ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status.Respond promptly to maintenance -related requests. RequirementsExperience in conducting maintenance of various utility equipment.Strong knowledge in:Plumbing systemsPiping systemsMechanical maintenanceBasic electrical tasksAbility to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Good understanding of safety procedures related to utility operations.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
