Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team within a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping attendants.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within hotels or luxury establishments.
  • Valid NOC and transferable sponsorship.
  • Currently based in Doha, Qatar.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in English.
