A leading media organization is looking to appoint a dynamic
Director of Business Development

What You'll Lead:

  • Build and expand relationships with key clients, media agencies, PR agencies, and brand marketing teams.
  • Design and activate new revenue streams across digital media, content platforms, and commercial partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue high-value collaborations that deepen brand engagement and accelerate revenue.
  • Lead monthly revenue delivery across core markets while supporting growth in other regions.
  • Drive strong commercial pitches, presentations, and proposals with creativity and precision.
  • Pitch innovative media and content solutions to a wide range of brands and agencies.
  • Develop tailored commercial concepts for potential partners, positioning the company as a preferred media platform.
  • Create compelling pitch decks, post-campaign reviews, and seasonal commercial packages that elevate the brand's offering.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending new offerings that align with market demand.
  • Conduct financial, economic, and market analyses to assess business risks and new opportunities.
  • Review marketing, sales, vendor, and commercial operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing commercial and business development team.
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure unified commercial strategy and growth.
  • Foster a culture grounded in collaboration, creativity, and high performance.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience
    in business development, sales, or commercial roles - ideally within media, advertising, digital content, AdTech or related industries.
  • Strong track record in revenue generation, partnership development, and crafting winning commercial strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven leadership capability - able to inspire, manage, and elevate a team.
  • Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and commercially savvy.
