We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales & Front Desk Executive to join our gym and fitness studio team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the fitness lifestyle, and can represent the studio with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm while driving membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell gym memberships, classes, and wellness services to prospective clients
  • Follow up with inquiries and leads to achieve membership conversion targets
  • Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive front-desk experience
  • Build strong relationships with members and support long-term retention
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates
  • Assist with studio tours, promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up to date with all fitness programs, offers, and pricing

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or sales is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and confident personality
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or English
  • Well-presented with an interest in health and fitness
  • Currently based in Qatar with valid residency and work documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month
