Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive B2B , you will be responsible for driving income growth through gaining of new clients and the expansion of existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our training, software or consultancy to corporate sectors at government businesses and key decision-makers across various industries. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services, building long-lasting relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Qatar market.

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

-Accountable for crafting and delivering comprehensive presentations tailored for training managers, alongside the essential responsibility of negotiating and finalizing deals with esteemed clients and customers.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve income targets and determine business growth.

  • Team up with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Recognized record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the training, software, consultancy or services industry.

  • Experience working with corporate sectors and high-profile clients.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven ability to close deals.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit.

  • Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.

  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably as a senior or leadership role.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

  • Preferable to have experience in training.
