We are recruiting for 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 for our leading Oil & Gas client in Qatar.

Location: Qatar Onshore

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security,

or engineering

NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, SHES related NVQ level 5, or British Safety Council Level 6

Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

8 years experience in SHES (Worker Welfare) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Knowledge of relevant SHES (Worker Welfare) management systems and programs. This includes fostering a positive safety culture, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
