Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and generating leads. Responsibilities include conducting customer service activities, meeting sales targets, providing product training, and collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and building lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding client needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to effectively conduct Training for clients or team members
  • Results-driven approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of building materials is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
