2.1. Assist buyer for selecting right product mix

2.2. Preparing, placing, and tracking purchase orders

2.3. Preparing, placing, and tracking airfreight orders and distribution

2.4. Ensuring products are purchased at a right time and at right price

2.5. Ensure to maintain expected margins

2.6. Maintain vendor contracts in vistex system

2.7. Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels

2.8. Preparing forecast based on purchasing trends

2.9. Compiling reports on product performance and statistics

  1. Operating Environment

3.1. Job location might change based on business requirement. Job holder may be relocated to any outlet or department.

3.2. The working environment is physically demanding of time such as working long hours and working on holidays

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

1.1. A graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role in retail industry

1.2. Advance proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)

1.3. Experience in SAP and Vistex is a must

1.4. Proficient in reading & writing English

1.5. Driving license is an added advantage
