About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the hotel's products and services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to support the hotel's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through corporate visits, calls, and networking events.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B departments to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, promotional events, and trade shows to represent the hotel.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and activity logs.
  • Support the Sales Manager in meeting overall departmental objectives.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and hospitality developments in Qatar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar's hospitality and corporate markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
