Role Description

We are seeking a
Technical Support / QA-QC professional
for a temporary project assignment to oversee and ensure the quality compliance of furniture and fit-out installations. The candidate will support the project team by coordinating technical documentation, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to approved materials and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify
    Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
    ,
    Work Inspection Requests (WIR)
    , and
    Material Approval Requests (MAR)
    .
  • Conduct quality inspections for furniture and fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and reports.
  • Identify and record
    Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
    and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support the project team with technical clarifications and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing QA/QC checklists, test plans, and project handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company QA/QC standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
  • Report daily QA/QC activities and inspection status to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design
    , Civil Engineering, or related discipline
    .
  • Minimum
    3 – 5 years of experience
    in
    QA/QC or technical support
    within furniture, fit-out, or interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of project documentation including
    MIR, WIR, MAR, and NCR
    .
  • Familiarity with international furniture and fit-out quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD reading
