Documentation Officer – Credit Risk
Location: Qatar
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive
Documentation Officer
to join our Credit Risk Division. You will play a key role in supporting the Documentation Unit by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documentation for Corporate, SME, and Retail loan applications, including facility offer letters, collateral documents, and financing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review all documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Flag documentation gaps or non-compliance to management to mitigate financial risk.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regulators, and external parties for collateral registration, insurance, and valuation.
- Assist with logistics for trade finance or vehicle finance, including inspections and approvals.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to team learning and development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a documentation or administrative role within financial services.
- Strong command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Key skills: analytical thinking, compliance awareness, business acumen, relationship building, teamwork, and adaptability.
