Job Description

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University degree with Marketing, Retail experience. Computer Literate. Competent to work under pressure. Creative skills

Minimum Experience:
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role
• Knowledge of retail marketing, digital marketing, social media and PR
• Solid understanding of consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication skills.

Description:

Performance Indicators PR Contribute to the development of the Mall annual marketing plan Development the annual PR and Media Engagement Plan Liaison with PR agency in getting PR plan executed with PRL/interviews/photo captions/press conferences/media invites briefs and coordination Conducting special media events and activities for Media Engagement Conduct media monitoring, weekly and monthly PR analysis and prepare PR media coverage and competitive reports Review PRLs and seek review & approvals from Marketing Manager, General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager before providing the final approval for dispatch

NOCs & PERMITS Prepare NOCs for retailers and marketing campaigns Coordinate with BASREC for signatures Coordinate with tenants for their NOC requirements Keep track of government permits to ensure no fines are applied for exceeding expiration dates

CONTENT REVIEW & TRANSLATION

  • Provide accurate and high standard copy translations of various marketing

collaterals including website, social media, branding, video scripts, and

other items.

  • Content Review of all marketing collaterals

EVENTS & PROMOTIONS

  • To assist the events and promotions team as/when required with on the

ground assistance/ 3 way quotations/weekend and public holiday work

schedules.

  • Coordination with agencies to conclude event Photography and

Videography

  • Support event and promotions through Influencer marketing strategy
  • Support event function by logging event feedback forms and registration

to maintain events database

  • Ensure communicating mall's activities and events to retailers, other

support functions.

  • Assist in CSR plans through communication and coordination with NGO's,

government authorities, tenants and cross departments

  • Contribute to DHFC events plans and prepare logistics plan with timeline
  • Work with external suppliers to deliver materials, brochures, goods and

service
