Position Overview
The Projects Coordinator (Government & Defence Contracts) is responsible for coordinating the execution of ongoing service and supply contracts while actively supporting the company's business development strategy in the defence and government sectors. The role combines project administration, client interface, and commercial support—ensuring that all deliverables, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations are met efficiently and in accordance with contract terms and military or governmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day execution of service and supply contracts for our clients.
• Manage documentation, delivery schedules and performance reports.
• Liaise with client officers, site personnel, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Identify and track tenders from various sources.
• Prepare pre-qualification documents, capability statements, and bid submissions.
• Support management in business development planning, lead generation, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of project correspondence and client communications.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project coordination and business development for contracts in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's tendering and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic IT knowledge.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
