We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team, driving business development, managing client relationships, and coordinating initiatives to strengthen the restaurant's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain client databases, track leads, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management.
  • Collaborate with restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing coordination, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury fine dining in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Familiarity with high-end restaurant sales and marketing practices.
