We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Assistant Manager to manage IT operations, ensure system reliability, and lead the team in upholding high technology standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Manage daily IT operations, including systems, networks, hardware, and software support.
  • Supervise and support the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain hotel IT systems such as PMS, POS, network infrastructure, and security systems.
  • Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Plan and implement IT projects, system upgrades, and new technologies.
  • Provide technical support during critical incidents and ensure minimal operational disruption.
  • Maintain IT documentation, reports, and asset inventories.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in IT operations or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and IT security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support when required.
