Role Overview

The role is responsible for delivering all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management and Commercial Lease management (CLM) within a major ERP transformation program focused on Oracle Fusion.

This role drives process design, automation, and integration of EAM and CLM, ensuring alignment with the Target operating model for the airport in these areas. The position requires close coordination with data management, change management, and system integration teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of EAM capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & Automation

· Lead the design and optimization of EAM and CLM business processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices

· Identify and implement automation opportunities within EAM and CLM workflows

· Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides for EAM and CLM modules.

System Integration & Data Coordination

· Collaborate with the data management team to ensure accurate migration, mapping, and validation of asset data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion EAM and CLM.

· Coordinate with system integration streams to ensure EAM and CLM modules are seamlessly integrated with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other relevant modules.

· Oversee end-to-end testing of EAM and CLM integrations, including interface validation, data reconciliation, and resolution of integration issues.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

· Act as the primary EAM and CLM liaison with business stream leads, IT, and external implementation partners.

· Support the change management team in developing communication plans, training materials, and user support strategies for EAM and CLM rollout.

Project Delivery & Governance

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for EAM and CLM workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall ERP program milestones.

· Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies related to EAM and CLM , and proactively drive resolution.

Compliance & Security

· Ensure all EAM and CLM processes and data management activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., asset accounting standards, data privacy laws).

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 8–10 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion) in an airport or asset heavy organization.

· Strong technical expertise in EAM process design, automation, and system integration.

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Professional certifications in Oracle EAM, project management, or business process management (preferred).
