The Offshore Shutdown Project Manager isresponsible for planning, executing, and delivering offshoreshutdown/turnaround projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key dutiesinclude: Project Planning & Execution:o    Lead pre -shutdown planning, scope definition,and risk assessments.o    Develop schedules, budgets, and resourceallocation plans.o    Coordinate with contractors, vendors, andoperations teams. HSE & Compliance:o    Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards(Qatar regulations, company policies, and international standards like ISO45001).o    Conduct safety audits and incidentinvestigations. Stakeholder Management:o    Liaise with clients (e.g., QP, QG, Shell,TotalEnergies) and subcontractors.o    Provide regular progress reports to seniormanagement. Cost & Quality Control:o    Monitor project expenditures and mitigate costoverruns.o    Ensure work meets technical specifications andquality standards. Shutdown Delivery:o    Oversee critical path activities,troubleshooting delays.o    Manage post -shutdown reviews andlessons -learned sessions. RequirementsQualifications & Experience:· Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical,Chemical, or related).· Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).· Experience: 10+ years in oil/gas shutdowns, with 5+years in offshore projects.· Skills: Primavera P6, SAP, risk management,contract negotiation. Soft Skills: Leadership, crisismanagement, cross -cultural teamwork
