Admin (Accounts Background Preferred)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin with an accounts/finance background to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and basic accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and office coordination activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Prepare reports and support management as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role with accounting exposure
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in the GCC region is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
