This a Full Remote job,the offer is available from: Middle East About the job As the SrManager of Business Development, you will identify, source,evaluate, and negotiate high-impact strategic partnerships forHopper Technology Solutions (HTS) in various segments throughoutthe Middle East region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, UnitedArab Emirates, Kuwait) and Turkey.

This role requires acomprehensive understanding of HTS's products andservices, and the ability to build and execute a pipeline byquickly qualifying targets, describing value propositions,performing financial analysis, and leading all facets ofstructuring and onboarding new partnerships.

Key to the role isenthusiasm, hunger, and drive to grow HTS revenues through newpartnerships.

Success to be measured by developing new revenueopportunities with some of the largest businesses in travel andnon-travel sectors (airlines, loyalty, financial institutions,online travel agencies, e-commerce, etc.).

This role will workclosely with technology, product, finance, and leadership teams toposition Hopper Technology Solutions successfully.

Strongcandidates are self-starters who can handle multiple priorities,can lead cross-organization workstreams, have a proven ability tocommunicate effectively, have executive presence, and can leadconversations at various decision-making and influencing levels.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in one or more ofthe following areas:
consultative sales, relationship management,and negotiation.

What would your day-to-day look like:

  • Independently develop a pipeline of new partnership opportunities,ensuring the attainment of set revenue targets.
  • Effectively represent Hopper Technology Solutions, and buildcomprehensive commercial relationships with high-impact partners toestablish ongoing revenues for HTS.
  • Apply data-drivencommercial acumen, including modeling historical production, growthtrends, and competitive positioning to qualify opportunities fully.
  • Adherence to business processes to successfullynegotiate new partnerships and contract terms.
  • Stayupdated on product and commercial support materials.
  • Work collaboratively with various support teams to ensuresuccessful new partner launches.
  • Effectively collaborateacross teams to influence product and process enhancements. Driveclarity and create momentum for doing better for our partners andtheir travelers.
  • Partner with legal resources andmanagement to develop and negotiate appropriate contract terms.
  • Demonstrate a passion for continuous self-improvementand learning, sharing knowledge with the team to continue raisingthe bar.
  • Develop a public profile as an industry expertand trusted advisor, involving public speaking events

An idealcandidate has:

  • 10 years of relevant experience inconsultative technical sales/business development functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge, experience, and network in theairline industry with Middle East carriers.
  • Provensales/influence skills, balanced with consultative needsanalysis/solutioning, financial competence, and technical salesskills.
  • Previous experience with travel technologies,financial products, and operations.
  • Demonstratedstrength in communication, presentation, negotiation, and criticalthinking skills.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compellingand data-driven presentations.
  • An innovative anddetail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Provenability to operate independently, define objectives and structure,advocate for partners when appropriate, seek input when needed, andmake sound business decisions.
  • Show a high degree ofmotivation and a positive outlook. The ability to work well both asan individual contributor and within team environments.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships internally, andexternally, particularly with decision-makers.
  • Capacityto meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial and fast-pacedenvironment with minimal guidance.
  • Comfortable workingwith a globally distributed team and flexible to travel frequently.
  • No ego. Strong focus on doing what is right for thecustomer and the company.
