As part of our expansion plan, we require a "BusinessDevelopment Manager" to join our team in Qatar.

FirstResponse Healthcare Center LLC (FRHC) Qatar, is part of the FirstResponse Healthcare LLC a JCI-Accredited Doctor on Call, HomeHealthcare and Ambulance service provider, headquartered in Dubai,UAE.

He/ She will be responsible for the below role:

JOB SUMMARY :

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize allpotential referral sources in the assigned territory.
  • Support business development activities and help establish strongrelationships with new and existing referral sources.
  • Identify new business development opportunities in strategicallydefined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose ofstrengthening care coordination in order to address consumer needs.
  • Represent our healthcare facility by providing excellentcustomer service both internally and externally, using our systemfor contact generation, follow-up, and tracking to ensureclient's needs are appropriately supported.
  • Analyze referral data to track and respond to trends, sharinginsights and market intelligence with clinical leaders.
  • Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports formedical group and business development leadership review.
  • Create and maintain a healthy Client list of territory.
  • Make service agreements / contracts with Clients.
  • Send daily work report to reporting manager.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns.
  • Escalate anyunresolved client concern to line manager immediately.
  • Qualify client list as A & B based on business potential.
  • Visit A Client at least twice a month.
  • Make arobust client database to conduct CRM activities.
  • Helpconduct events at client site

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
  • Experience in Healthcare and/ or Hospitality Industry ifpreferred
  • A good network of contacts with Hotels,Hospitals, Government Authorities, Home Healthcare, Corporatecompanies, Medical Centers, Wellness centers, Day surgery Hospitalsand Hotels in Qatar.
  • Minimum of three (3) yearsdocumented experience in B2B sales, referral development, accountmanagement, sales growth, and physician relationships in Qatar.
  • Good pleasing personality with excellent communication,planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently;detail-oriented; self-motivated.
  • Must have the abilityto exercise good judgment in stressful situations withthoughtfulness and diplomacy.
  • Track record of successfulsales
  • Valid Qatar driving license is a must
