Management responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the group home staff.

  • Ensuring that the home is safe for patients by performing inspections of the home environment
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists to ensure that patients receive appropriate care
  • Consulting with patients regarding their healthcare needs and available services in order to develop a care plan that meets their specific requirements
  • Scheduling home visits to assess patient needs, identify concerns, and develop a care plan with the patient and his or her family members
  • Overseeing care provided by nurses, therapists, aides, and other medical professionals who provide direct care to patients in their homes
  • Determining how much assistance is needed based on the patient's condition and ability to live independently in the home environment
  • Coordinating with families to ensure that they are prepared to provide care for their loved ones at home
  • Providing training to family members who will be providing care at home
  • Establishing goals for patients and monitoring their progress toward achieving those goals

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

- arabic, english (preferred)

License/Certification:
- qchp license (preferred)
