We seek a highly qualified Associate Managerof Sales with strong technical expertise in promoting aftermarketservices for Tubing Fittings and related Bulkmaterial/repair/upgrade services with clients in the energyindustry.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depthunderstanding of the latest developments in bulk-related materialsand also different types of Valves, such as Control Valves, PSVs,and Actuators.

He should also exhibit exceptional knowledge in thefield of maintenance related to this equipment. To excel in thisposition, the candidate must possess a thorough understanding ofthe sales process and its intricate dynamics.

Additionally,it's essential for the candidate to exhibit a diverse rangeof interpersonal skills that will enable them to effectively engagewith clients, understand their unique requirements, and build solidand lasting relationships.

The candidate's contribution tothis role will play a crucial part in driving the success of oursales endeavours. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company services andmaximize customer potential.
  • Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities within all the major clients/verticals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to manage clientsproperly, increase revenue, and maximize margin in line withorganizational goals.
  • Provide analysis of emergingtrends and markets and highlight the possible areas to target focusselling for geographical growth.
  • Deliver, monitor, andreport on sales funnel, pipeline, bookings, and client contactdevelopment, providing periodic updates on achievement andprogress.
  • Ensure all opportunities are identified,qualified, quoted, and followed.
  • Leverage technicalexpertise to understand client needs and requirements and providewritten techno-commercial proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Operation teams to deliver exceptional service tothe client.
  • Actively participate in all marketingactivities in the assigned territory/clients. Keep abreast ofmarket developments in the assigned business vertical.
  • Handle Business Development activities, such as new opportunitydevelopment, new account development, and new market development,as assigned by management.
  • Conduct market and competitoranalysis.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, andmonthly revenue streams.
  • Work on Marketing CollateralDevelopment together with the Marketing Team.
  • Createbrand awareness in the targetterritory/clients
