Reporting to the Director of Sales

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Job Description
  • To be totally familiar with hotel products, rates, and promotions at all times.
  • Maintain up to date understanding of company products and rates and involvement in cross selling of these when required.
  • To participate in preparing the sales action plans, attend sales meetings; develop new ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities undertaken by sales department, F&B, spa and other hotel revenue centers in their specific Markets
  • To identify need periods and offer tactical offers to specified markets.
Participate and coordinate peak period booking campaigns.
  • Participate in hotel activities including promotions, sales blitzes, entertainment and other operational areas as directed.
  • Service needs of customers by attending to all requests promptly within 24 hours.
  • Assist the DOS-Leisure in pursuing new market segments to secure sales and prepare proposals for consideration.
  • Preparation, communication and participation in FAM trip groups/events.
  • Develop strong, secure and productive business relations with all companies within portfolio under the geographic / market segment allocated.
  • Positive communication of the hotel image to existing and potential customer at all times.
  • International Travel to specific markets.
Attend Tradeshow and represent the hotel. Arrange for individual sales trips for produt education and seek out new partnerships
