  • Activelyparticipate in developing a sales structure and sales team toaccomplish sales targets and offer the best sales strategy formarket penetration.
  • Participate in industryevents conferences and networking opportunities to build thecompanys brand and reputation.
  • Coordinate withinternal teams including accounts and operations to ensuresuccessful project delivery and customersatisfaction.
  • Ensure timely recovery ofcustomer payments in line with customer agreed creditterms.
  • Handle manage and control all salesprocesses with minimal supervision frommanagement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreementswith customers and suppliers.
  • Provide regularreports on business performance market trends sales projections andcompetitor activity to management.
  • Provide withannual projected sales targets and present a roadmap plan toachieve it.
  • Set sales team goals and targetsand engage with key customers and work together with Salespersonnel to ensure to success of saleslead.
