Key Accountabilities:
Administrative Planning
- Initial point of contact for booking school visits and programs registering.
- Support museumschool relationships in different levels such as providing further clarifications about the section's activities, gain detailed knowledge of how schools could use the museum, get familiar with the content of the programs, and how the museum/offerings support school curricula.
- Communicating with marketing department to promote the museum's schools' offerings.
- Conduct regular report and analysis to monitor progress or identifying areas needing adjustment.
Delivery of educational activities and resources
- Help with preparing materials and/or setting up the program space.
- Contribute to the development of educational resources for schools.
- Night/weekend work might be required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Skills Set
- Experience of officebased environment with administrative tasks.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solving and diffuse difficult situations.
Education and Certification Requirements
- At least a diploma, BA preferred.
Experience Required
- Customer service experience
- Work independently and with a team.
- Former experience of managing administrative duties and deadlines.
- Imaginative creative skills with ability to conceive ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
