  • Ensuring that health, safety, and securityrules are followed.
  • Taking disciplinary action whennecessary.
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customerservice.
  • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus onthe mission.
  • Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
  • Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking andcleaning.
  • Completing tasks assigned by the generalmanager accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting storemanager as needed
