Airswift is seekingfor Lead of Information Management to work in Qatar with a majorOil & Gas Company.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor'sdegree or Diploma in engineering or Computer Science DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Manages the document review process, procedures,and systems for PMT to ensure efficient workflow and transmittal ofproject deliverables and documents.

Provides training to PMT andCOMP contractor to ensure document and data delivery meets therequirements.

Assist Project Management Team (PMT) in deliveringProject Management System (QGPMS) expectations as required, withemphasis on information management to ensure project objectives aremet.

Provide Information Management leadership to the Project bymanaging and implementing the project's InformationManagement Plan.

Establish, implement, and steward ProjectInformation Management policies, processes, procedures, systems andcontrols and update as required to meet project deliverables andensure documentation for operations conforms to companyrequirements.

Coordinate with Project Management Teams (PMT) toensure alignment between PMT Information Management requirements ofagreement. Establish PMT oversight of Contractor InformationManagement processes, procedures, and systems to ensure contractualcompliance, gap identification and resolution. Conducts qualityassessments and implements corrective action to rectify anyanomalies.

Understands the data interface between the engineeringdesign tools such as Smart Plant Enterprise and implements QualityControl programs for tag validation and consistency verification.

Provides support to both PMT and Contractor by managing PMT andContractor information flow to ensure Project documentationhandover is complete. Manage the change process within theInformation Management organization, providing clear and conciserecords.

Utilizes a systematic approach to problem solving, whichensures a satisfactory, well documented resolution with minimalguidance and within delegated authority limits and time constraintsof Project.

Provides expertise to PMT for the management of projectdata and security including protection of administration access andCompany Confidential information.

Develops requirements to ensureCompany deliverables from Vendors are included in the equipmentpurchase order and expedites the Vendor data and documents requiredto support Operations maintenance and material management systems.

Stewards' PMT awareness for Information SecurityAwareness, Training and Education (ISATE).

EXPERIENCE:

10years' experience associated with Information andDocument Management within the Oil & Gas ConstructionIndustry Knowledge of Engineering Design Systems preferably SPF,Bentley and Aveva.

Strong coordination skills, extensive qualityexperience in responsible roles on major oil & gasengineering & construction projects. Strong IT andcoordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsibleroles on major oil & gas engineering & constructionprojects. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systemspreferably Documentum. Experience with conducting audits &assessing process-driven quality systems. Experience in completingand delivering Final Completion Dossier (DFO) toOperations.
