Receptionist cum Telecommunicator
Attractive commissions are offered.
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Greet all office guests
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk
- Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
- Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Answer guests' and employees' questions
- Validate guest parking
- Perform light bookkeeping Support the office managerand administrative assistants
- Telecommunication to the clients
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Need good communication Skills in English and Hindi
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
Salary:
QAR2, QAR2,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
