**1. JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate.
- Age - between 25 to 35 years.
- Minimum FIVE years of experience as Telephone Receptionist in reputed organizations - Preferably with Gulf experience in Oil & Gas companies.
- Able to read, write and speak English language and preferably bilingual.
- Good listening, adaptation, communication and understanding abilities.
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimum supervision.
- Capable of effectively communicating.

**2. JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Experienced and able to handle incoming calls and understands the nature of the enquiries in order that they can be channelled to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system and call log system.
- Ensures a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains inventory of stationery system for emergency situations.
- Supports the section / department by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Sending and receiving faxes, Segregating internal & external mails.
- Updating the online telephone directory as required by the Company.
- Performs / handles related duties / responsibilities assigned by the superiors.

**3. GENERAL SPECIFICATION OF WORK**:

- 5 days working in a week
- The contractor shall make his own arrangement for the transportation of his staff to and from worksite.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 60 months
