Primary Responsibilities

  • You will be held responsible to strategize & plan daily production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization).
  • You will own and deliver quarterly/annual order booking targets.
  • You will identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies
  • You will run campaign calendar, performance & strategic business reviews, and contractual discussions with clients
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on all aspects and on the wider programmatic industry including competitive landscape and positioning
  • You will work closely with Regional Director / Sr. Country Manager to develop efficient prioritization plans
  • You will be held accountable for meeting/exceeding client needs, issues management and resolution, and customer concern
  • You should be able to independently drive medium to large projects/ initiatives from inception through completion
  • You will work with the Account/ Campaign Managers, Trading Analysts, and other crossfunctional support to execute daily tasks, adhering to agreedupon SLAs
  • You should create and leverage synergies across partners in overall ecosystem to maximise and sustain revenues
  • You will be responsible to own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure

  • You will need to be selfmotivated, confident with an excellent understanding of the crossborder payments business.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust, and respect with business partners.

Requirements:

  • Approx 6 to 10 Years of overall relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience developing customer relationships and fostering revenue growth.
  • Experience making pitches in front of Sr. leaders, large groups, and customers.
  • Motivated selfstarter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations with influencing communication style
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
More specifically, it will be important to have in-depth knowledge of the following:

  • Excel features
  • Excellent Microsoft Presentation and the ability to build new infographics to present business/performance reviews
  • Strong understanding of the Money Remittance industry and payments
  • Work with key focus partners in the region and continuously evaluate the performance
  • Help in growing the regional business
  • Training, coaching, and educating partners
  • Planning, implementing and followingup with Key Partner marketing activities with the local marketing manager
