As your role of B2B Partnership manager, you will be responsible for B2B business development and the creation of the Partnership network.


  • Coordinating with external partners (SME, community, School, and organization partner) as needed.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.
  • Proactively creating opportunities to access available partnerships.
  • Researching and building cooperation with various institutions and maintaining good relations with partners.
  • Lead the entire partnership process; identify opportunities, create beneficial relationships and agree on commercial terms.
  • Monitor acquisition channels, analyse partnership quality and adjust the strategy based on data driven metrics.
  • Have a basic understanding on development process and timeframes for partner integrations
  • Attend networking events, webinars and relationship building forums, as well as host similar initiatives on the part of the company.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of educational institutes, the services offered and keep up to date on industry developments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in terms of external relationship management and internal strategy updates

Salary:
AED 5000 to AED 7000, depending upon experience. Plus, performance incentives.
