A To Z Services Group is a leading integrated Facilities Management Group in Qatar.

We are looking to hire a
Sales/BD Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities while also cross selling to existing clients

Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Key Requirements

  • You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

You have a car and a driving license:

  • You are bilingual and are a native Arabic speaker.
  • You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the service/FM industry.
  • You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage seniorlevel relationships.
  • You are familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
