- Should be able to prepare Plan forachieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progressand take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap. Salessystematic & reporting in CRM tool, ensuring the DataQuality & bringing market transparency with truecompetition scenario.
- Account management of TopRetention and ConversionCustomers.
- Periodically visit channels toreview their performance and guide/motivate them to perform.Provide adequate, accurate and timely updates and support tochannels to improve business throughthem.
- Should be able to educate the customersabout Siemens products through carrying out promotional activitieslike customer presentations, demos, seminarsetc.
- To identify and evaluate market potentialfor the above products in assigned territory. Identify and reportrelevant market development, competition analysis, pricing andscheme strategies etc.
