Order-Taker Room Service

An Order-Taker is responsible for taking RoomService orders in a professional, timely, and efficient manner todeliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food,beverage, and culinary expectations.
- Answer guest calls in a warm and friendly manner
- Takeorders and manage the service chart
- Monitor activity todetermine order flow
- Respond to guest inquiries andrequests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
- Helpfellow team members and other departments whenever necessary tomaintain a positive working relationship
- Attend allmandatory training as instructed by the management team
- Attend all the daily briefings and meetings together with the team
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Tomaintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Monitorcompliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintaining high levels of communication and teamwork at all timesAn Order-Taker is always working on behalf of our Guests and otherTeam Members.

- Ability to work on your own orin teams It would be advantageous in this position for you todemonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry
- Previous experience of cash handling
- Previousexperience in a similar role
